Lake Tahoe Ski Trip 2008/2009

Mayson and I spent New Year's weekend skiing at Heavenly in Lake Tahoe. This is one of the most gorgeous places that my eyes have ever seen. As if the trip needed to be any better, we flew in and out of San Francisco which allowed us to spend some time in the "Bay Area" as well.

We hope that Terri and Gus will join us on our next ski trip in a few years.

Christmas 2008

This year was a very special Christmas for many reasons: Pa built Gus a backyard swing/slide, Uncle Marshall came from Brooklyn to visit, we gave Mayson his first car (more importantly kept him guessing if would actually get one), it was Gus's first Christmas to react to Santa's visit .....and of course we celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ! Life is good!

Welcome to the new and improved McKey Website. I was scolded by Marshall for not keeping "the old blog" updated. He suggested I use Blogspot as it is more user friendly......He did not lead me astray. I have added a link to the old blog for any reminiscing you all may want to do, but moving forward this will be a way to keep up to date with the happenings of our family.....
